Two Vehicle Crash Leaves Four Hurt In Dubuque

Four hurt in a two vehicle crash in Dubuque Thursday at the intersection of Jackson and East 27th streets. Police say one car failed to yield to another at the intersection. Two people in each vehicle were hurt. Police say the driver of the car that caused the impact was cited with failure to obey a stop or yield sign.
