DYERSVILLE, Iowa – Plans to build a new Field of Dreams stadium with a $55 million pricetag has cleared another hurdle in the proposed process. The Dyersville City Council unanimously approved several measures for the new stadium dubbed This is Iowa Ballpark, which promises to be one of the region’s biggest draws and home to a number of future entertainment events.
