Names of two people killed in head-on crash in Prairie du Chien area released

PRAIRIE DU CHIEN, Wis. — The names of two people killed in head-on crash Sunday in the Prairie du Chien area have been made public. Authorites said in a release on Monday that, Tracy Jo Larson, 43, of Prairie du Chien, was heading EB and Luke Hackman, 36, was WB when the two collided on U.S. 18, between the bridges of Prairie du Chien and Marquette. The crash closed the highway for about four and a half hours. The incident remains under investigation.
