Wisconsin teen accused in Spring crime spree in Dubuque sentenced

A second Wisconsin teen facing charges for a Spring crime spree in Dubuque has learned his fate. Police say, Dairein D. Dean, 17, accused in a string of incidents that started April 27 in which two vehicles and a loaded gun were stolen, and a Dubuque residence was shot up, was sentenced recently to 90 days in jail and two to five years probation, which can be shifted from Iowa to Wisconsin. A second teenager also was recently arrested in connection with his alleged role in the incidents. Anthony T. Hunt, 16, made his initial court appearance Wednesday. His next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 16, according to court documents.
