University of Dubuque awarded $1.3 million grant to increase graduation rates

University of Dubuque was awarded a federal Student Support Services (SSS) grant of about $1.3 million. The funds, which break down into $254,258 each year for the next five years, aims to help more students stay in college and increase the graduation rate. In its 10th year, UD’s TRIO-SSS program serves around 140 students each academic year. The program provides students with additional support to ensure their higher education journey is a success.
