Sunnycrest Manor resident test positive for COVID again

DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG) – One of the residents at Sunnycrest Manor that first tested positive for COVID-19 September 18, got infected a second time a month later. The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) said in a news release that the resident, who tested positive 28 days later on Oct. 16, could potentially still test positive up to 90 days later.
