Salvation Army of Dubuque Red Kettle worker tests positive for COVID

The Salvation Army of Dubuque Red Kettle bells fell silent Thursday, after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19. The Salvation Army of Dubuque has temporarily paused bell ringing while all staff are tested as a safety precaution, according to a press release. The office will also stay closed. The public at large is not known at this time to have been exposed, the release stated.
