Popular Dubuque eatery bids adieu to customers after multiple setbacks

DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG) – A popular Dubuque eatery is bidding customers adieu, following multiple setbacks. The owners of Milk House Artisan and catering said in a FB post that due to coronavirus restrictions, zoning issues and complaints from neighboring residents they will not be able to stay open. The owners had also applied for a permit to to expand the business, but found out that the location isn’t zoned to be a restaurant.
