Human Rights Campaign Gives Dubuque High Marks for LGBTQ Inclusiveness

For the third straight year, the Human Rights Campaign has given the city of Dubuque a top score for its efforts to ensure equality for LGBTQ residents.

Dubuque was one of three just cities in Iowa to earn a top score, joining Cedar Rapids and Iowa City.

The HRC ranked more than 500 cities nationwide basked on inclusiveness of laws, policies and services for LGBTQ residents and city workers. Dubuque received 100 points on the assessment — the highest score possible.
